“We just finished an architectural wood wall covering scope of work with Duffin Architectural Solutions at The Blockyard multifamily apartment complex. We were in a pinch with this scope of work as the previous GC didn’t buy it out. Nobody wanted to touch it, and those who put a number on it came in extremely high and out of the owner’s budget. Duffin came in with a competitive price, finished within their scheduled durations, were very reasonable on change requests, fast to address punchlist items, and had overall good quality on their install. They were a big sigh of relief compared to other trades working on this project. Duffin does commercial design build services for wood, glass, metal and material finishing. They fabricate and install in house locally in Austin. I would love to work on another project with Duffin Architectural Solutions!”
